Gina Began as a receptionist and moved up into service dispatching and in 2018 became the office manager at Ground Loop. She oversees all of our office staff, HR, billing, payroll and our rebate program. Gina is supported by her husband, two girls, and 2 grandchildren.
“So far everything has been great! From the initial estimate to working with me through all of the financing I have had no issues. I was very happy that my wife and I found Ground Loop being all the way out in Laurel, MD.
Our installation was done days before the temperatures went above 85 and the house feels great, and the energy usage is so low compared to what we had with our old system. I can see this saving us so much money in the long run. Our thermostat said our system was on for almost the whole day (20 hours) on a day where the temperature outside was above 95F and the heat index above 100F. The energy usage was around 12kWh total or $2 for the entire day! The system running for the whole day is exactly what was told to us by Ted and also advertised by the WaterFurnace Series 7 model with variable speed.
