“First visit after new install, Done by Antonio who corrected some installer issues both in wiring that was arcing and repairing lose internal insulation. He has been servicing our systems for years and he is a dream to work with. He explains everything he does and in today's case he detailed the settings we should be using for each season as well as correct switched for season changes.
It was his suggestion to me back in July of 25 that I look into upgrading our old system to a new version as he felt the cost of repairing the older one would incur costs and given the 18 years age it was near the end of life for some of the components coupled with the tax credits expiring it was a good move..
I really trust his judgment and applaud his work!
