Having an exceptional staff at Ground Loop allows us to cater to exactly what our customer's need. We help in all aspects of the decision making process, payment plans, referrals for out of area business, continued maintenance and much more. Our core values as a company are to complete our work both timely and efficiently, and have our customers love the final product in their home or business. Please read on to get to know our company staff a little better.

 

Michael Cullum
Company President

Mike handles customer estimating and oversees all jobs performed by Ground Loop. He is a licensed contractor and certified geothermal installer. He designs and installs geothermal systems for the best fit of your residential or commercial job needs. Mike has been in the building trade for over 25 years and has worked with exclusively geothermal for the past 18 years. He also has experience with radiant floor heating combined with geothermal or on it's own in several different installation methods.

Paul Tipton
Vice President, North Division Operations Manager

Paul runs his own crew of installers throughout Delaware, Northern Maryland, Southern Pennsylvania, and New Jersey. He is also a certified geothermal installer and licensed contractor with experience with radiant flooring.

Ray Butler
Sales and Project Manager

Ray Butler is a new addition to our workforce helping expand our geothermal installations and manage our current projects. He has experience as an installer of geothermal systems and sales.

Joe Heaps
Lead Mechanic
Joe Heaps is Ground Loop's lead mechanic for installing new geo systems. He is extremely knowledgeable and well trained on the most efficient way to make your system perform.

Nick Schaeffer
Service Mechanics
Nick is our expert service man who works on any service calls and repairs. He regularly attends training classes to stay up to date on the newest geo technology and troubleshooting techniques. He is extremely proficient at assessing any problems you may be experiencing with your units and handle emergency calls.

Installers
Our installers may be whom you are most familiar with. These crews come to your home or job site and actually lay the loops in the ground and tie in the units. These are dedicated, professional individuals who are there to get the job done and are available to answer any on site questions they can.

Susan Redmond
Office Manager

Susan handles our customer billing and maintains a good relationship with our clients and vendors. She is assisted in the office by Linda Politowicz and Anne Bankard. These ladies are very helpful and will be able to get answers your questions or refer you to someone who can if necessary. Employment Opportunities: Are you an experienced sheet metal worker? Do you already have knowledge of geothermal or solar heating? Are you new to the field but enrolled in HVAC school?
