Green Energy: How to Get Started?

Many customers have contacted us looking for ways to build their dream home in the most environmentally friendly way possible. From geothermal to solar to wind generation, we have the answers for them. Many builders have also contacted us on behalf of their clients looking for the same thing. You do not need to have any knowledge of green energy to work with us. We are introducing these ideas to people from different backgrounds daily and most are new to the green energy concept. Let us help you understand this technology and what green energy can do for your business.

It's clear that with the rising energy costs and damage being done to the earth from CO2 pollution that interest in green technology is at an all time high. We as a company are dedicated to helping those interested in green energy reach their goals in the most affordable and reliable way possible. We have worked with many different Builders and have an outstanding reputation for our knowledge and skill in this field. Let us help you find the best solution for you and your customer by calling us at 800-836-1706.

Builder Incentive for Geothermal

WaterFurnace International is offering a rebate program to give builders an additional incentive to use geothermal. Each time your company purchases a WaterFurnace unit through Ground Loop you are eligible for cash back. The more units your purchase from us (and we install) the greater the rebate will be. These rebates come to you in the form of a check from WaterFurnace, not just a discount! Contact us for details on specific amounts and Series types but the bottom line is; you install what your customers want AND get cash back.

    Closed Loop Systems

The earth is a boundless source of thermal energy that is regenerated every day by the suns energy. Ground source systems can be either horizontal or vertical, depending upon available space and soil conditions. Horizontal ground loops are installed with parallel polythylene pipes placed in trenches four to six feet below the ground surface and backfilled. Vertical loops are installed in bore holes 150 to 500 feet deep, which are then grouted and sealed.

    Pond Loop Systems

When a pond or lake is near a building, the water can be used as a free source of energy. In pond loop systems, coils of pipe are anchored to the bottom, enabling the system to extract heat from or reject it into the water as needed. Pond loops are an excellent and inexpensive choice in cases where a drainage pond is required or built for asethetic reasons.

    Residential Applications

Types of Loop systems - Slinky, Vertical, Horizontal, Open, Pond

    Horizontal - 1 pipe through 6 pipe
    Vertical - many pipes
